Trade-in your device

1. Initiate Contact:
– Reach out to customers who have already purchased a device from STC or have expressed interest.

2. Generate A Trade-In Quote:
– Enter the customer’s old device details on stckuwait.northladder.net.

3. Book A Home Pick-Up:
– Record the customer’s contact information and pick-up location.
– Schedule a convenient time for the device pick-up.

4. Request to perform a Factory Reset:
– Inform the customer to do a mandatory factory reset of their device.

5. Complete the Trade-In:
– Once the home agent completes the evaluation, the customer will receive trade-in credits in their STC account from STC.

Our online platform will automatically calculate the estimated value based on the grading criteria mentioned on the website. The final value will be provided after the evaluation is completed at customer’s home by our home agent.

Our courier partner will contact customer to arrange a door-step evaluation within 3-4 business days after customer receives their new device.

We understand data privacy is a genuine concern. It is mandatory for a customer to do data transfer to their new device and perform a factory reset before handing over the device to our agent.

If the customer attempts to trade-in a product which doesn’t meet the requirements we have specified, a new value will be given by our us. If the value doesn’t meet your expectation, the customer’s old device will be returned.

The home assessment agent can rrefuse to accept device if :

– The customer’s device is not turning on or is in dead condition.

– If there is a mismatch between the specifications ( model, brand etc.) declared in the trade-in request and the device being offered to the home pick-up agent.

Accessories like charger are not necessary for mobile phones.

Yes, we accept phones manufactured in various countries, but please keep in mind that their pricing may vary.

If the model you want to trade-in is not listed, in such case the device is not available for trade-in at the moment.

The customer can use any government issued- ID in original (no copies or photos) at home assessment to show it to the agent.

You can trade-in up to 3 old devices on https://www.stc.com.kw/en

– If the customer changes their mind and wishes to cancel their device trade-in request, they can send an email to: support@northladder.com

– If the customer wishes to cancel the request due to dissatisfaction with the price quote offered by the home pick-up agent after the final evaluation, they may do so by informing the agent.
